In our initial discussions with Worksighted, we discovered a passion burning brighter than ever. Far from feeling content with past achievements, Worksighted saw themselves as being only midway through their journey.
Guided by this, our creative vision took us down a path characterised by fluidity and motion. We envisioned a design language defined by dynamic leading lines and brand elements that traversed from one point to another, evoking a sense of continuous progression and forging connections across timelines. This approach anchored the identity with a sense of motion, reflecting their commitment to growth and innovation while honouring the legacy that laid the foundation of their journey.
We revamped the logo, drawing inspiration from its predecessor to maintain a sense of familiarity. The brand icon received a makeover for quick and recognisable references.
Simultaneously, the content team crafted a new value proposition and tone of voice, underpinned by the tagline 'People at the heart of technology'. Embracing the non-negotiable requirement of using orange, we introduced a contrasting blue and gradients for both colours. These colours symbolising the dual essence of the tagline: People and Technology.
To complement these changes, we devised two distinct graphic devices following the journey theme, each with its own motion style. These elements provided versatility and distinction, enabling Worksighted to convey either a human-centric or technology-driven message with clarity and impact.
With an identity system that exuded dynamism and vitality, we seized the opportunity to elevate Worksighted's website, ensuring their digital presence mirrored the recent update of the brand.
Guided by a client open to innovation, our designs defied the conventional norms of IT service companies. We aimed to captivate users and create excitement about the prospect of collaborating with Worksighted. This led us to depart from the traditional visual styles of CMS-style websites, opting instead for customs designs that maintained a compelling user experience. Our approach involved incorporating elements that extended beyond the fold, enticing users to explore further through engaging typography and subtle animations.
Recognising Worksighted's extensive knowledge and service offerings, we not only crafted a new website from scratch but also defined a new illustration style. This approach helped lighten the complexity of some of their offerings, facilitating better understanding and engagement with their audience.
